The terms for convertwebmcp.com's free scan, audits, tool builds and monitoring.
These terms cover your use of convertwebmcp.com and the services offered on it. By requesting a scan or buying a service, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@convertwebmcp.com.
The services
We offer a free Agent View scan, a paid agent-readiness audit, custom agent tool builds and monthly monitoring, as described on the pricing page. What a paid service includes and costs is confirmed with you before you pay. Build work starts only after we agree the scope in writing.
The free scan
The scan reviews your store's public pages at one point in time. It is information to help you decide what to do, not a guarantee that everything has been found. Stores, browsers and AI agents change, so results can go out of date quickly.
What we don't promise
WebMCP is a draft web standard that is still changing, and support differs between browsers and AI agents. We don't promise any amount of AI agent traffic, sales, conversions or search rankings. Where we mention dates such as expected browser releases, they are other companies' plans and can change.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and confirmed at booking. Payment is taken through our payment provider. The founding audit price applies to the first 10 audit clients. The audit fee is credited toward a build when you go ahead with one.
Your part
You confirm that you own the website you ask us to scan or change, or are authorised to act for its owner. You agree to give us accurate information and the access agreed for the work, and to keep your own backups.
The work we deliver
Once a paid service is paid in full, you may use the reports and code we deliver for your business. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential building blocks in other work.
Other companies
convertwebmcp.com is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, the W3C, OpenAI, Shopify, or the Agentic AI Foundation. Product names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; changes don't affect services already paid for.
